The place was ideal and comfortable and the staff were affable, the location was perfect short walk to the old town. Location: the hotel was near to city center, and the airport. Had some takeout meals at Meraki Bakery, set around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the venue, I couldn't resist.

The hotel's decoration was tastefully done, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, with comfortable seating areas that were perfect for relaxing or socializing. As a senior person, I found the hotel to be easily accessible with ramps and elevators available, making it convenient for me to navigate around the property.
I would have asked for a better vacation for senior people if there had been more seating options with backrests in the hotel's common areas. Having proper back support would have made it more comfortable for us seniors to spend more time socializing without feeling any discomfort.

Stayed at the VIP Garden villa and pool, the owner shifted us here from Green Town Hotel. Lovely staff, they even served us vegan breakfast. Convenient location near the center.
Oh yes, who doesn't love showering with warm water on a scorching day? So refreshing!

The rooms at Green Town Hotel Hoi An were cozy and comfortable, with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. It felt like a home away from home.
Personally, we didn't particularly enjoy the shared bathroom. But hey, some people might not mind it at all.

They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The daily change of sheets and towels was a nice touch. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the freshly squeezed juice was a highlight. The rooftop pool was a great way to cool off in the Vietnamese heat and the additional towels provided were a thoughtful touch. We also appreciated the option to rent scooters at a reasonable price, which made it easy to explore the area.
The shower setup was a bit inconvenient, with no bathtub and being located in the middle of the bathroom. It would have been nice to have a more traditional showering experience.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the clean and comfortable room. The bed was large and cozy, perfect for a good night's sleep. The Wi-Fi worked well and the neighborhood was peaceful, allowing for a relaxing stay. the hotel's location was fantastic. It was within walking distance to the ancient city and offered easy access to beautiful rice terraces for biking. I also appreciated the option to use the free bikes provided by the hotel to explore the nearby beach and small towns.
One aspect that I didn't particularly like was the bathroom setup. There was no separation between the shower area and the toilet, resulting in everything getting wet when showering.
